Can I cancel an order?
For Furniture/Lighting/Mattress - Cancellations are not permitted once the order is placed. In case of any exception, please speak to our customer care and they will assist you in the best possible way. No refund will be made in case of cancellations for Part Payment orders that contain products from Furniture/Lighting /Mattress categories; the advance amount will be forfeited as cancellation charges.
Cancellations on categories (other than furniture/Lighting/Mattress) are possible only until the pre-shipping stage; please contact our customer care team to assist you for the same.
How do I initiate a return process?

Please do not return products without first speaking to a representative at fitfurn.com. Products returned without our knowledge will be returned to the customer, and we will not be able to process a refund. For out station customer, Return is Not available. Fitfurn.com will take care in case there is any manufacturing deffect
Who pays for the shipping if I send the item back?
We have our Reverse Pick up facilities wherein your items can be picked up from our end. Shipping cost for all approved reverse pick up cases will be reimbursed to 10% of selling price or the actual cost, whichever is lower. Reimbursement will be in the form of a gift voucher which can be redeemed during your future purchases with us anytime within 30 days.

What is the return notice period?
Returns for Furniture, Mattresses and Lighting category will be accepted only for Damaged/ Defective products on Delivery. Refund will be provided only in case replacement for the same product is not available.
Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged/ Defective product maximum within 24 hours of delivery.
Please do not accept any products with damaged/ tampered packaging (excludes normal wear & tear and markings on the outer surface of the package, acceptable in the transit process)
Are there any conditions placed on returning a product?
The returned product should be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received the product.
Every product and package is labelled with a serial number. This serial number must be readable and un-tampered on return.

What can lead to cancellation of my order?
1.When a product is rejected in our Quality Check process.

How do I return a product to fitfurn.com?
If you wish to return any product, please inform a customer care representative at fitfurn.com. Products returned without our knowledge will be returned to the customer, and we will not be able to process the request.

What if the packaging of the product is damaged upon delivery?
If you discover that the product packaging has been opened or is damaged, please do not accept the package and immediately notify our Customer Care team. We will send a replacement product at the earliest.
What if the product has missing parts or defects?
If you have received your product with missing parts, defects or accessories, immediately notify our Customer Care team. A replacement will be sent over to you as soon as possible. You will need to inform us of any missing parts/ defects within 24 hours of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement.
Can I return a product that is found to be faulty upon use?
Some fitfurn.com products have an additional warranty period offered by the manufacturer. If after using such a product, you identify any flaw or manufacturing defect, please check the warranty document (along with the invoice) shipped with the product and contact our customer care (Call Centres/ accredited Technical Assistance centres).
How long does it take for delivery?
When you order from our website, we ensure that the order gets processed within 24 hours and gets delivered within the delivery time of the product, mentioned on the product page.
